Your Checklist

Here are important actions to take when you move to a new address.

Contact your local HR representative.

They can help you update your employee profile, and tax withholding, if necessary.

Review and update your benefits coverage.

A new address may mean access to different plans and different providers. Be sure to make any changes within 60 days of your move by logging in to

Update your beneficiaries and dependents

for both employee programs and outside accounts (such as savings) if appropriate. Documentation will be needed.

Revise your Health Savings Account (HSA)

by logging in to If you’re already enrolled in an HSA, you can update your contribution at any time.
