I’M MOVING!

We hope you like your new digs. You’ll be busy finding your favorite grocery store stocked with Stouffer’s, Starbucks and Sweet Earth. And finding your neighborhood park, along with your new doctor and dentist. Keep in mind that a change of address can mean a change to some benefits.

Your Checklist

Here are important actions to take when you move to a new address.

step 01

Contact your local HR representative.

They can help you update your employee profile, and tax withholding, if necessary.

step 02

Review and update your benefits coverage.

A new address may mean access to different plans and different providers. Be sure to make any changes within 60 days of your move by logging in to nestle.ehr.com.

step 03

Update your beneficiaries and dependents

for both employee programs and outside accounts (such as savings) if appropriate. Documentation will be needed.

step 04

Revise your Health Savings Account (HSA)

by logging in to nestle.ehr.com. If you’re already enrolled in an HSA, you can update your contribution at any time.

Other helpful resources

Nestlé offers additional programs to support you in your new location.

Video Visits

If your new doctor is a little out of the way, consider Video Visits. Once you register with Video Visits, you can access medical and behavioral experts by phone or computer. Which could leave you with extra time to unpack.
