PET ADOPTION REIMBURSEMENT
Overview
As part of Nestlé and Purina’s vision to enrich the lives of pets and the people who love them, if you adopt a dog or cat, you’re eligible to receive a $200 reimbursement to help offset the costs and fees associated with acquiring your new pet.

All Regular U.S. Nestlé employees who have completed at least 6 months of service

Why to Use
Owning a dog or cat comes with expenses, so we want to help. For purposes of this benefit, “adoption” is defined as one of the following:
- Purchase/Adoption — Pet was acquired from a breeder, shelter or rescue organization.
- Transfer of ownership/Private adoption — Pet was acquired from a nontraditional source.
- Stray adoption – Pet was found without a seller or documented sale/adoption.
As part of the reimbursement process, an eligible veterinarian visit receipt (in the employee’s name) must be submitted within six months of acquiring your pet. Only (1) one benefit is allowed within a rolling 365-day period.
