The PerformanceCARE plan covers only in-network care through the CareFirst’s limited Blue High Performance Network (BlueHPN). While this network offers fewer provider options than the traditional BlueCross BlueShield network, high-performance network doctors and hospitals are committed to meeting a high quality of care at a lower cost.

Spring Health is replacing Magellan Health, our Employee Assistance Program, to transform and elevate your mental wellbeing support. Spring Health provides you with personalized support for the whole you — body and mind. Get ready to take care of your mental wellbeing with:

FREE therapy: Schedule free sessions for you and your covered dependents with a trusted therapist in as soon as two days.

Dedicated support: Your Care Navigator is a licensed clinician who takes away the guesswork during care. They help find the right therapist (virtual or in-person), set appointments, provide guidance and offer emotional support.

Diverse providers: You have choices in a provider network made to be as diverse as the people they support. Find a therapist across specialty, gender, race, LGBTQ+ and language.

On-demand support: Get self-guided exercises to improve mental wellbeing with programs for anxiety, burnout, better sleep and more through the mobile app or online.

Online assessment: Measure your progress over time to see how you’re improving.

We are partnering with Progyny to connect you to leading fertility specialists who provide the most advanced, effective fertility treatment, the first time — without barriers. Here’s a brief overview of what you get:

3 Smart Cycles per lifetime (Every aspect of your comprehensive fertility treatment is contained within the Smart Cycle, including diagnostics, testing, lab services, prescriptions and treatments.)

• Coverage for elective fertility preservation such as egg freezing, sperm freezing and embryo formation

Up to $10,000 adoption and surrogacy reimbursement (available to all benefits-eligible and non-union employees)
