Your Checklist

Follow these steps to enroll your spouse or domestic partner in Nestlé benefits.

Review your options and compare costs

Nestlé offers three medical plans. Each offer similar coverage but differ in how much you pay per paycheck, your deductible and what type of savings or spending account you can use. Consider any expected medical needs, so you can make the choice that’s right for you and your spouse/domestic partner.

step 02

Enroll within 60 days

Log in to nestle.ehr.com or call the Nestlé Benefits Service Center at 1-877-637-2255, option #2. The enrollment period for your spouse/domestic partner begins the date after coverage ends and ends 60 days after that date.

step 03

Revise your Health Savings Account (HSA)

by logging in to nestle.ehr.com. If you’re already enrolled in an HSA, you can update your contribution at any time.

There are many reasons a spouse or domestic partner could lose their employer’s health insurance, including the loss of their job. This can be a significant change for you and your loved one. The Nestlé EAP is here for you and your family. Each family member receives up to five face-to-face visits a year with professional counselors to help manage the impact of significant changes.
