Your Checklist

Check these boxes to make sure you have the coverage you need.

step 01

Review the details

Check out the New Hire guide and the recorded New Hire presentation to make sure you understand everything Nestlé offers you as a new employee.

step 02

Review your options and compare costs

Nestlé offers four medical plans. Each offer similar coverage but differ in how much you pay per paycheck, your deductible and what type of savings or spending account you can use. Consider your expected medical needs, so you can make the choice that’s right for you.

step 03

Enroll within 30 days

Log in to nestle.ehr.com or call the Nestlé Benefits Service Center at 1-877-637-2255, option #2 to enroll or waive coverage.

BE AWARE: If you don’t enroll on time, you will be enrolled in the SureSAVER Plan covering only yourself and paying the tobacco user rate.

step 04

Gather your dependent documentation

To enroll any of your eligible family members in Nestlé coverage, you’ll need to submit the required documents. And don’t forget those Social Security numbers!

step 05

Make sure your doctor is in-network

Review how to do this by downloading the Find a Provider QRC or go to Carefirst.com/nestle.

View Transition of Care instructions if your current provider isn’t in the network and you need help transitioning to CareFirst.

step 06

Register for Video Visits and Telemental Health

Register with Video Visits and Telemental Health at CloseKnit.com when your coverage begins. When sickness strikes or you need a therapist visit, you’ll be able to see either from the comfort of your home — or wherever you happen to be — through a video visit.
